The wait is finally over. Today 99 players attacked the Winthrop Gold disc golf course in pursue to be crowned as the United States Disc Golf Champion.
After the last round of the 2016 USDGC was canceled due to complications from Hurricane Matthew, everybody including players, fans, and staff were excited to see the return on the Championship and for it to begin in pleasant weather.

On Tuesday the players of the 2017 USDGC headed to the course for the final practice session to perfect their game plan and in the evening headed to the official opening ceremony of the tournament.
