Wednesday marked the final practice day here at the Mundaring DiscGolfPark. Besides practice rounds in the scorching 40°C/102°F heat, we saw a warm welcome by the Aussie locals during the tournament opening ceremony at the Mundaring Sporting Club.
The start of the 2017 Disc Golf World Tour season is almost here! The Aussie Open Staff and volunteers have done a great job prepping the course for the biggest disc golf event on the southern hemisphere.
The moving brought us some wet conditions and lots of movement on the scoreboard. We also witnessed not one but 2 aces on hole 17, the latter of which was caught on tape.
