Konopiste Open registration phase 2
Good news for those eager to play the Konopiste Open. The registration phase 2 is open! All PDGA members who meet the minimum rating requirement of 970 are now able to register for the first European Disc Golf World Tour event. Registration takes place at the Disc Golf United.
Konopiste Open is a fitting event to start off the World Tour in The Old Continent. Thanks to the efforts of the local promoter Premysl Novak and his team the tournament that saw daylight in 2012 has quickly made a name for itself among one of the top disc golf events in Europe. While the tournament is quite young the venue has a rich history that reaches back all the way to the 1294 AD when the Konopiste castle was built. The surrounding grounds with majestic oaks, deep forests and sunlit meadows are made for our beloved sport. For plenty more reasons to pay the event a visit read our feature on the Konopiste Open.
Konopiste Open registration schedule
- Phase 2, Feb 12th – 26th, 2016. PDGA members with a minimum rating of 970.
- Phase 3, Feb 26th – March 11th, 2016. PDGA members with a minimum rating of 940.
- Phase 4, March 11th – 25th, 2016. PDGA members with a minimum rating of 900.
Each registration phase opens at 16:00 UTC. Below are the times for different time zones.
- 8:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST, UTC -8).
- 11:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC -5).
- 17:00 Central European Time (CET, UTC +1).
- 24:00 Australian Western Standard Time (AWST, UTC +8).
